Blood Test Screening for Food Allergy Has Limited Use in Infant Eczema

Researchers at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia wanted to determine how common it is for clinicians to actually see food allergies occur in patients with eczema by performing a blood test during infancy.

Study Shows Evaluators Can Screen for Eye Disease Remotely

A study published in JAMA Ophthalmology shows trained evaluators who studied retinal images transmitted to computer screens successfully identified newborn infants likely to require a specialized evaluation for retinopathy of prematurity.
